Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public access to many judicial records, with access governed by Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 and the Idaho Public Records Act. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. Canyon County court case records are handled through Clerk Court Operations in Room 201, while marriage licenses and recorded instruments are handled by the Recorder in the Administration Building. The Sheriff manages jail, current arrests, and law-enforcement records. State agencies handle driver records, state criminal history, vital certificates, and state prison records. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
